Wise Route turns the Home Office register of licensed visa sponsors into something a job seeker can actually use. I built the tool I needed when I moved to the UK myself.

A public list nobody can use

The register of Skilled Worker sponsors is public, which sounds helpful until you open it. It is a spreadsheet: tens of thousands of rows, no contact details, no context, no way to filter by the things that matter. Finding employers who sponsor in your field, in a city you would live in, means guesswork and a lot of tabs.

Part of a bigger pipeline

Moving to the UK is a sequence, not an event: find a sponsor, apply well, then pass the citizenship test years later. Wise Route handles the first step, WiseApply the second, BritWise the last.

1. I built the tool I needed when I moved here. The sponsor register is public; making it usable took search, context and contact details.
2. A free tier people can browse builds the trust that sells the paid tier. Nobody pays for a directory they cannot sample.
3. Immigration tools carry real weight. People plan their lives on this data, so boring accuracy beats clever features.
